The Tree Top Walk Heide Heaven is a spectacular nature attraction right next to the Wildpark Lüneburger Heide. It offers visitors a unique experience: landscape, wildlife, and education combined on an accessible path high above the ground.
The path stretches for about 700 meters and gently ascends with a slight incline, partially going directly over the animal enclosures – allowing visitors to observe wolves and big cats from an airy perspective.
At the end, there is a nearly 40-meter high observation tower with a large viewing platform and a passenger elevator – ideal for strollers and people with limited mobility.
There are more than 20 learning and environmental stations along the way that provide knowledge about the flora, fauna, and ecology of the Lüneburger Heide.
Since March 2024, there is a special highlight: the Skywalk “Tiger View”: an eight-meter-long glass platform at a height of 20 meters that offers a 360-degree view over the forest and the tiger enclosure – a safe, yet thrilling experience.
