The St. Michaelis Church, commonly known as "Michel," is one of the most famous landmarks in Hamburg. The tower can be seen from afar and offers a great view over the city. Right in front of the church, the Hop On Hop Off bus stops if you wish to plan a visit.

A tower climb takes you 106 meters above the city – the view extends all the way to the harbor. If you prefer a more leisurely experience, you can sit on the park benches in front of the church or take a detour to the Großneumarkt, where there are several small restaurants.
